Pros

Gives you the flexibility to work remotely, decent pay

Cons

Very chaotic Uninspiring leaders that appear to be completely uninterested in their teams, a blatant lack of communication. Apart from Jira and Confluence weird product suites that don't have much traction in the market

Great people, terrible company

Pros

- WFH - Smart, talented, caring people

Cons

- Execs and leadership are an absolute mess. Constant influx of "leadership" from Meta and Microsoft, instilling their toxic BS; taking what was once a wonderful Australian company and turning it into an awful Silicon Valley burn-and-churn nightmare. - Performance reviews every 6 months, where the bottom 10% are put on performance plans. - And despite everyone working so hard, the stock price continues to tank.

Pros

Great culture, great benefits, great people

Cons

Compensation is confusing and it changes a lot, seems like they take away a lot of what we can get comped for
