Pros

I've been with Atlassian for years now and have had an opportunity to grow my career from an IC to an Enterprise Sales Manager. Atlassian has navigated changes and massive growth with grace and has somehow maintained its enviable culture, keeping our values at the core of everything we do. Work-life balance is a priority for execs at Atlassian, which can be seen and felt through Team Anywhere (ie. true remote work), 6+ month parental leave policy, and unlimited vacation. Quotas are aggressive but attainable and you are rewarded for the work you put in.

Cons

Things are constantly changing (out of necessity to evolve & grow). If you don't like change, this probably isn't the place for you.
