      Work life balance is great. People are amazing. Opportunity to innovate and grow are everywhere.

      Cons

      Some processes can be rigid and and support can be limited. Big sense of entitlement across the company from those who expect a utopia. End of the day it’s a job and they treat us better than most. The constant complaints get tiring.
