Incredible People and Products that Customers Love

Atlassian's founders have done an incredible job of building a culture that emphasizes doing the right thing. That means they take care of their employees, their customers, and even the rest of the world. The benefits are off the charts good and they highly encourage all employees to take 5 days off each year to volunteer for charitable organizations. Atlassian also clearly goes out of its way to create a diverse workforce. It's exciting to see people from all different backgrounds and orientations, especially because we are genuinely encouraged to bring our whole selves to work.
Cons
Atlassian has aggressive growth goals, and I'm a little concerned about our ability to maintain the culture we have. I haven't seen any warning signs yet, but it's happened to many companies before this one.
