Pros

Great people, the best people. Solid Product.

Cons

Constant, constant change. Money spent on things like F1 versus paying people to keep their jobs. Chaotic recruiting. Ambiguity is their middle name when things should be somewhat on an even keel after 25 years

Pros

Remote position and some offices available

Cons

Genuinely such a frustrating review cycle and product focus. Reorgs into the AI org make no sense when the main driver for joining was to work on large products and product features. I felt like the main products were not being worked on. Over time I see that there are teams working on the main products of course, but it doesn't feel like large features across teams are valued. Instead, the values are completely against TEAM. It's basically how many projects, PR's, tokens used, etc can you do alone rather than how can you successfully deliver value and impact by working with your team and other teams. Also the layoffs and following reorgs were draining.
