Pros
Pay was good, worked with lots of talented people, some pretty solid benefits too though those are being scaled back
Cons
Everything mentioned in many other reviews: stack ranking, heavy pip culture, incredible amounts of individualism due to APEX, incompetent leadership with clueless company strategy other than ✨✨developer JOY✨✨ I know the tech industry as a whole has degraded a lot over the past few years, but it's so sad to see Atlassian make the biggest swing from one of the best companies to work for to one of the absolute worst of all of big tech. Even Amazon and Meta have significantly better ratings than Atlassian these days which speaks volumes.
