      Pros

      Good tech stack, hired very good talent.

      Cons

      Fast moving but the platform and tools doesn't allow you to move fast. Company is going through a transition phase, as a result there is madness. Engineering teams are in 3 time zones (US, Aus, Ind), because of which you might have to work across time zones on almost daily basis, which affects your work life balance.
