      Pros

      - Great products. - Not very stressful.

      Cons

      - IMO an extremely political organization where relationships and personal marketing speak more than results and actual work. - Pay is low compared to industry. - During onboarding they will send you an email asking to write a glassdoor review. Ofc it’s extremely early for that and that’s why we see so many good reviews. - I often don’t feel heard, it’s like management doesn’t care about any challenges I am facing and is not really engaged in how I feel.

      Health benefits, unlimited PTO, parental leave if you got a chance to use it

      Cons

      Don't believe the hype. Atlassian has a very toxic culture and their "values" mean absolutely nothing. There's tons of favoritism, gossip, and politicking. They promised there would be no layoffs, but then they laid off 5% of their workforce via email with no warning. The founders want to blame ICs for the company's poor performance but the problem lies within bloated middle management and the execs!

      Pros

      Atlassian was a terrific company to work for with great values, and because of that they have a large base of incredible employees and teammates.

      Cons

      They are in a downward spiral culturally and hurtling towards Amazon culture circa 5 years ago. What was once a company that attracted new employees with its culture is now becoming worse than some of its American counterparts. An absolute shame compared to what it once was
