      Pros

      Still one of the better tech companies out there but leadership is destroying culture by blindly copying Meta

      Cons

      Place has turned into Meta with job level and even descriptions copied word to word from there. CTO is a joke, no personality or speaking skills

      Benefits, interesting work, competitive cash comp, peers are incredibly smart and kind

      Cons

      Office politics, incompetent management with outsized control over your career + comp, culture vanished when economy cooled, lack of accountability by company leadership

      Pros

      I can't think of any. Other than people try and not meet on Friday which means no one really works on Friday.

      Cons

      Recruiting is a very toxic environment. The head of recruiting doesn't seem to know what he's doing. We hire people and then let them go. If you are in the club or a favorite of management then you are ok. Internal equity is a huge issue. They seem to promote people based on favoritism. The CEO's seem to change direction every few months.
