      Great Company

      Pros

      Great company, with great product that I expect to continue to rapidly grow in the marketplace. People are generally cool, and easy to work with. Pay is on par with the market, and they provide stock grants.

      Cons

      Very woke company. It's not uncommon to start meetings with 'land acknowledgments', we've had trans singers perform at quarterly all-hands meetings for some reason, we currently have a vaccine requirement to attend sales-kickoff in Texas in July 2022. And with our very active DEI(Diversity Equity, and Inclusion) team, I'm uncertain what future I might have there being a white male. Management will regularly chime in on current events in the US; but amazingly we never hear any comments about politics or cultural issues in India, Philippines or Japan where we also have offices. We pride ourselves on being an 'Open Company no BS' culture; but I'me certain I would be fired if I questioned any of the above.

      - Flexible work environment - Autonomous teams and individual workers - Generous benefits - Accessible information (sometimes to a fault)

      Cons

      - Leadership can parrot back but not resolve feedback nor does it engage on controversial issues - Direction is too diversified to gain momentum - The same conversations happen every year without applying learnings - Only the loudest gets promoted
