Pros

Compensation is still not bad.

Cons

Everything else is terrible. Leadership does not listen to employee pains and concerns. Individualism and self-serving behavior is the only way to try to stay safe.

Pros

Good money & decent benefits. Free breakfast and lunch at the office, including drinks! People are generally friendly. Projects can be fun to work on.

Cons

Can be very stressful at times due to high workload and short timelines. Executive leadership makes questionable decisions nowadays. Some that come to mind: - Introducing APEX - Laying off 10% of the company with strong revenue - 3 years policy to be promoted to Senior or you're on PIP (wtf - Buying out a web browser company Culture seems to be falling off as a result, and it doesn't seem to be recovering anytime soon. Online reviews speak for themselves.
