Pros

- Good environment for growth if you're in the right team - Good benefits

Cons

- Constantly under pressure of work load. - Stock is down significantly, total comp doesn't seem to be worth the stress anymore. - Boring product - Too much processes and red tape

Pros

Strong engineering culture, genuinely interesting problems, and remote-first that actually works. Pay is competitive and you have real ownership over your work (Team dependent).

Cons

Cross-team alignment can be slow, also team dependent

Pros

- Still one of the most competitive comp in Sydney - Good to be on a good team - Remote first

Cons

- Performance review-driven development - Poor middle-down direction - causes conflicting and changing priorities - Comp is dropping - Culture used to be great, heaps of jerks around now
