Pros

Really great employee benefits, resources, and remote lifestyle. Very intelligent and driven people. Occasionally opportunities for travel and social gatherings.

Cons

Performance review (APEX) occured twice a year and creates competitiveness, stack ranking, and low morale. Research particularly has been slashed left and right with lay offs and isn't considered a priority. Leadership is actively replace UXR with AI.

Pros

Great salary, work from home

Cons

High pressure environment, stack ranking makes it impossible to make meaningful work connections as everyone is competing, you need to track your work daily and essentially justify why you should remain employed every 6 months during their performance review cycle. Even doing everything right, they'll just make you redundant regardless. Stock in the toilet and bizarre business decisions. Why did we just lay off 1600 people and yet we bought a web browser no one uses and paid for an F1 sponsorship.
