      Good benefits and pay, TEAM Anywhere (remote work policy) is great

      Cons

      It's not the same place it was pre-pandemic. the c-suite changed over almost entirely and the culture changed drastically. I think for the worse.

      Great company culture and benefits. Nice remote policy and offices. Wonderful DEI team and ERGs.

      Cons

      Cultural values aren’t being followed as much and work-life balance has notably gone down the drain. Hiring of old tech talent that doesn’t care about the company’s core values. Moving to intense performance rating system that requires them to give bonuses on a curve. Your peers could all rate you a 5/5 but if your boss rates you a 1/5, then you get a 1/5.
