It was a good company, the values actually meant something back in the day. Pay was good, team members are second to none. Remote work
Cons
The leadership. The cliques are disgusting. Management changes the orders and directives weekly and expect you to jump when they say jump. They have created a dynasty of ball stabbing leaders who don’t dare question orders and the second you have an opinion that differs from theirs you better start packing your bags, you are out buddy! It’s like high school all over again with these children leaders. Things just keep getting worse. Oh and don’t get me started with HR, ha! That’s a joke! They will side with toxic leaders full stop. If you like being on a PIP 24/7 because you aren’t hitting sales goals, this is your type of place.
