      Pros

      Remote, that's all in 2025, nothing else, really.

      Cons

      Awful culture from what use to be one of the best. Hired a bunch of incompetent people from Meta that totally changed the culture, and for what? The stock price is still nothing of what it use to be. Be prepped for regular performance reviews, with a heavy silent layoff/Pip culture. Compete with coworkers for impact on an individual basis (rather than a team basis). Our CTO is a great example of this.

      - Full time remote - Decent benefits (gradually getting reduced e.g. went from fully covered premiums to 80/20 cost-sharing model)

      Cons

      - Twice-yearly performance evaluation is stressful, discourages collaboration, and has destroyed the company culture and work-life balance they used to be known for
