Pros

Amazing benefits, competitive pay, caring culture and people, really smart coworkers, everyone understands work/life balance, ethical leadership, work from anywhere in the world!

Cons

Fast growing company means we're moving from "start up" mindset to something more established and "corporate." I don't think this is bad but it does come with growing pains. Sometimes priorities change rather quickly and frequently.
