Atlassian has a fantastic working culture, which encourages everyone to thrive and grow. Everyone is so willing to help and support each other, no matter what you're working on. I find each day is an opportunity for collaboration mixed with creativity - I have enough decision-making room and autonomy to effectively shape my work, but have the backing and support of management and peers where I need it. Even after a short few months, there are already growth opportunities for my career too. I couldn't recommend this workplace enough.
