One of the best things about ATLATL is the supportive management and leadership. Employees are supported in professional and personal development and ATLATL offers tons of room for growth. Employees ideas are valued and encouraged. The culture is fantastic and highly valued. There is a dedicated culture team that focuses on improving culture and inclusion company wide. Leadership also provides a lot of transparency to its employees to ensure everyone is aware and understands any changes or shifts within the company.

ATLATL is a start up and with that comes a fast paced work environment and a lot of changes. Flexibility is needed in the company. If you are someone that does not work well in environments with a lot of changes and that is fast paced you could have a difficult time in a start up environment.
