Pros

Intriguing Solution that could revolutionize some Sales processes. Some good people, but management doesn't know what they don't know. Instead of listening to highly experienced people they hire they blindly follow each other in unproductive strategies.

Cons

Not ready for prime time yet. Many details that need to be developed into the product before ready for major portions of the overall marketplace. Will be restricted to niche clients until they change their approach/strategies.

Pros

This company is growing quickly. There are tons of opportunities for professional growth and your work has a real impact on the organization. Atlatl Software is made up of a great group of professionals and upper management truly cares about employees. I have had a lot of fun working here and look forward to my future at Atlatl Software.

Cons

Startups move quickly. It is a very fast paced environment and that sometimes requires working a few extra hours. However, this hasn't been the case too often and my manager has always gone out of the way to accommodate my personal life.

Pros

The company pays on time. The development team is a fantastic group of people. They are fun to hang out with and care about what they do.

Cons

Developers due to fear of their jobs will constantly sell each other out with personal problems instead of going to each other and talking with one another. Upper management is a mess. The company is going through extreme growing pains. Promotions may be promised with only the responsibility portion being delivered. Compensation leaves something to be desired. The business practices of this company are extremely shady. Employees were terminated for unsound reasons. The balance between work and life is weighted extremely work heavy. Upper management uses punishment instead of positive reinforcement. Junior developers were in constant fear for their jobs. All developers were said to be expendable, and anyone can be fired at any given time by management. 3/4 of management is offsite and hard to communicate with. Some days it took several days to get someone to make management decisions that should have taken 30 minutes. Overall this company does not have it together. Please be careful.
