Pros
The work environment is very nice and located in the heart of one of the best cities in the U.S. The culture is one of teamwork and collaboration. There are flexible working hours and good benefits. The business model is evolving as you would expect with a start-up company but there are many opportunities in the pipeline and the management team does their best to make Atlatl Software a great place to work. The chance to work with really cool technology and with extremely bright people makes this a very rewarding place to work.
Cons
There is some risk that the business model won’t be successful in the long term but I remember when people said that about Google. The company is very lean and the expected surge of new business could require some periods of overtime.
