Great benefits, good salary, 401K, $$ advisors, mostly good people

Cons

Management competes with one another at the expense of employees. Presidents of each division undermine others, work against one another, backstab, Atmos spirit is a culture program that is not followed by management

The people are great! Wonderful employees who really care about the job and internal/external customers.

Cons

Lack of leadership. Management is coasting on long-term employee experience to just handle stuff, without providing direction and training. Decision-making is too distributed, with too many "cooks in the kitchen'. Communication is haphazard and unfocused, required dedicated employees to seek out critical information rather than relying upon leadership to provide clear instructions.
