Their health and 401k benefits are great!

Cons

The work life balance used to be great but not anymore. Management are not flexible with schedule. Even the CEO has lost his “atmos spirit” he doesn’t have quarterly video announcement anymore. No more atmos group activities or events. Advancement in position will never happen unless someone quit. Compensation is not competitive to the market at all. Raise percentages are low.

Great culture, support, and benefits. Extensive training before independent work

Cons

Angry/upset customers, you will have to deal with people going through very strenuous situations. It's hard to stay positive. Also, scheduling is very strict. 96% attendance is required.
