Lack of all leadership to allow service opportunity, no compensation for increased workloads & expanded responsibilities, advancement opportunities minimal, poor compensation based on local comparisons & national averages for the market

This company has a great culture that is practiced and preached from the top down. Everyone is made to feel important and a critical contributor. To succeed you have to embrace it and if you do you can go far and be a part of a high performing team

Cons

It is really hard to find too many cons at this company. I have been with them 3 years and hope to be here many more
