      Pros

      Coworkers in dept are good people and would gladly help you when you need it. Good insurance and PTO accruals.

      Cons

      Watch your back! Don't count on anything management tells you because it's likely to change in an instant. I was let go for being honest with management after over five years in the department. Management goes above and beyond to appease operations no matter the consequences to their dispatchers. Management will ALWAYS side with operations. Has misleading discipline policy. When hired they tell you that after you complete a "step" length of time (basically probation) that your record will be clean and no previous instances will be held against you. I'm here to tell you that couldn't be further from the truth.

      Great benefits (401k, dental/medical,120days of PTO), Parking garage.

      Cons

      Management is not focused on developing employees capabilities. They preferred to develop contractors. Does not value the tenured employees. No opportunity for advancement. No employee development training. Poor communication from lower level management. Culture is not the same throughout each department.
