Pros

The management and supervisory staff are courteous, easy to work with, and a pleasure to work for. The benefits are outstanding.

Cons

The pay is below industry average; however they are working towards reducing that margin. The perks of working here far outweigh anything I could honestly think to say negatively.

Pros

People are very friendly and look out for eachother especially since I work on the field. Operations is very laid back and supervisors are caring for their employees.

Cons

Bosses are very picky with who they choose to hire and/or already have their "favorites" lined up for promotion. Sometimes employees can feel unnapreciated. Also, salaries could be better for employees on the field working with a dangerous factor which is natural gas.

Amazing benefits, great people, great work/life balance

Cons

Little to no advancement in IT. No one wants to leave and they don't create positions unless someone leaves or retires. They say they want you to grow your skills, but when you ask to take classes or attend conferences, they aren't supportive of that.
