Pros

Great company culture: I was treated like family from day one. Lots of learning opportunities: everyone was always willing to answer questions that I had and would go out of their way to give me interesting projects. Great support for jobs: I had several contacts with other branches of the company and personal recommendations to support finding work after graduation.

Cons

Little to no structure to the internship: I had lots of things to do sometimes and then little or nothing. There was also no overarching goal or specific things I should learn.
