      Big company and getting bigger.

      Pros

      Strong family grouping in the smaller offices. It takes a lot of trust in your coworkers to do this job and that's a good thing.

      Cons

      It's becoming more difficult to work here as the politics and regulations increase. I have a bit of fear for my job since the company has changed it's view on what and how we are allowed to accomplish tasks.

      Nice people, Nice management on the outside. Come in whenever you like.

      Little room to move up, sitting down for long hours. strictly timed breaks. not much help from management.

      Has strong senior leadership. Has a good culture plan/idea.

      Cons

      Does not execute the culture as strong as it could and uses the culture to when it benefits them and not always benefit to the employee.
