Pros

This company just finished running a "raffle" to get their employees to submit positive reviews on Glassdoor. Post a good review, and you get entered to win prizes ranging from $500-$50. IE. DON'T BELIEVE WHAT YOU READ HERE, EMPLOYEES WERE BRIBED TO MISLEAD YOU TO GET YOU TO WORK HERE WITHOUT THE COMPANY HAVING TO ACTUALLY OFFER COMPETITIVE WAGES OR DECENT BENEFITS. As far as positives, it takes a lot to get fired here so if you're lazy or unqualified, you have some job security. Also, the food is undeniably good and you do get to eat free shift meals.

Cons

Incredibly high volume environment but the company pays the same as most laid-back fast casual places at this point. No benefits until 1 year of full time employment. Most people don't make it that far. Those who do get no PTO, bare minimum health benefits with large premiums, no retirement benefits. Unsafe and unsanitary conditions are regularly tolerated. Underperforming and toxic employees are allowed to stay if they're winning the popularity contest. Good people are not rewarded for their performance or loyalty. They are consistently understaffed (I wonder why) and turnover is high, even for a restaurant. Minimal advancement opportunity. Unqualified and immature management is the rule, not the exception. This place used to be great but the pandemic has changed them for the worse. They spend thousands of dollars on advertising and bribing employees to write bogus glassdoor reviews but refuse to increase wages or bolster benefits to keep pace with the Denver job market. There's a ton of places with better pay, better benefits and better work environments hiring like crazy right now. Don't be fooled by their ads and these reviews and wind up settling for this.

Pros

It's a popular spot right now and the food is expensive. Easy to upsell Co workers (not management) High volume If you drink the Kool aid you can actually have a pretty good chance at career development. There was one manager who actually gave a crap about her staff.

Cons

They say they are a chill place to work but they are essentially corporate at this point. Think Chilli's or Applebee's. Poor management CEO apparently doesn't let guests modify things? Bartenders in centennial make no money Scheduling ( if you get on the bad side of management your shifts will be gone)

Pros

Sorry, I don't have a pro.

Cons

This place is extremely culty. They wouldn't shut up for the first 4 days about how they are "a family", how they put "workers before customers", and how they want you to be "the most authentic you". Then they fired me on day 4 of training because I "had no sense of urgency". They didn't give examples. They didn't give a warning. They also fired someone for wearing shorts. Very, very strange company. Wouldn't recommend.
