Pros

It's a popular spot right now and the food is expensive. Easy to upsell Co workers (not management) High volume If you drink the Kool aid you can actually have a pretty good chance at career development. There was one manager who actually gave a crap about her staff.

Cons

They say they are a chill place to work but they are essentially corporate at this point. Think Chilli's or Applebee's. Poor management CEO apparently doesn't let guests modify things? Bartenders in centennial make no money Scheduling ( if you get on the bad side of management your shifts will be gone)

They listen, care about me as a person, let me be me, help in many ways than work stuff, and know me by name (those that work in the main office)

Cons

Honestly I can't think of anything, other than it does get a little chaotic, but I like that. It keeps me going

Pros

A really unique company with tons of potential. They do not discriminate and all their staff is genuinely good-hearted people. Community that is based around growth and coaching employees. During my time here my colleagues and I have continued to focus on the growth and the happiness of our team which is hard to always find in this industry. Internal promotions are heavily encouraged. Fair pay, excellent culture, team oriented. Respect a work life balance, I rarely even get calls on days off. Positive energy in the space in general.

Cons

Still up and coming in the area, so working on gaining more traction so it is not always super busy during the week like you will notice at other locations.
