+Entry-level friendly +Lump sum PTO each year +Relaxed environment +OT can be found on occasion

Cons

-Leadership is not cohesive -Hours are not always chosen -Pay is better for same position at bigger companies -Rules are oftentimes sporadic and carried on with no significant reason

Vacation. 3 weeks of paid time off. I got hired on RIGHT as they changed from 4 weeks of PTO Dynamic, constantly changing atmosphere

Cons

NO RAISES - even to the good hardworking and loyal employees The highly competitiveness - if you're smart and bright enough to keep from being filtered out and back-stabbed and thrown under the bus, you may have a chance. In-competent management. ZERO training - except for weird and arcane online LMS's French owned and NO local loyalty or incentive to buy into the company
