      Atos is a very diverse company. I handled one of their big clients wherein the operation is 24/7. I really enjoyed my work and I learned a lot.

      easy process flexible time salary compensation for higher position KPI easy to achieve (bonus)

      Cons

      workload work life balance filling leave No year end party No ham during Christmas season (this is very sad in manila)

      Company is stable enough. If accounts close, they will find other accounts for the employee.

      Cons

      Low salary and increase is at max 5%. The company is too focused on having a good image in the business industry and forgets to invest more on their people.
