Pros

Good medical benefits,

Cons

No matter your performance reviews, no matter seniority, no matter how committed or dedicated you are, they will cut your job as easy as a hot knife thru butter. When you have a company, that will tell the exempt employees to take a furlough day, because they didn't reach a monetary goal, you know this is a crappy company.

Pros

Atos will not exist in the future due to the law of natural selection. It's an interesting look into how customers are deceived by technology service providers that misrepresent their capabilities.

Cons

More managers than Office Space. Atos makes Initech look like a dream job. Terrible communication. Teams are islands of silos. Poor communication between team managers and their customer counterparts. Incapable of proactive management of IT infrastructure. Atos is the poster child for a Capability Maturity Model level of ONE. Repeated multi-million dollar outages due to the same simple cause that was easily preventable. Company motto should be "Can't stop causing damage.".

Pros

I can't think of a single "pro".

Cons

Leave policy changed and Xerox seniority wiped out with takeover of Xerox ITO. It now takes TEN years to earn an extra week of leave. No raises, Ever. Forget promotion. Matching for 401k does not occur until December, so that they can lay you off before then and save $0.25. Be sure to suck up to the right people or you will be gone. You will be micromanaged to death by incompetent managers, who could care less about you as a person. They just cancelled any and all travel and started laying off people so they can make their quarterly numbers. WORST. COMPANY. EVER! Even worse than Xerox, if you can believe it.
