Flexibility to work from home. Ability to work on multiple projects and job roles.
Cons
Management does not care about employees and is out of touch with the industry. Little room for growth. Remote employees do not feel like they are a part of the company. Company does not know how to move forward and grow. They constantly replace outstanding workers with lower-paid workers who do wish to grow.
