Pros

Easy to get hired - Easy to maintain position while looking for a better company to grow with

Cons

Wages are poor Raises are very infrequent and always lower than inflation/cost of living In the managed services / service desk area management is borderline non-existent. You are treated as a cog in the machine and not an individual with skills and talents

Pros

Work from home, manager(if you luck up with a good one), opportunity to learn alot about service delivery (due to the fact that Atos SDMs do it ALL)

Cons

No matter how good you are or his high your customer satisfaction is, there will not be a raise or promotion unless you apply for another job. I came in with very little delivery experience so it wax a great place to learn, but anyone will fell you that for the sake of career advancement, you will have to leave. Being the vendor sucks at times, but it goes with the territory.
