      Great company, lots of opportunities to grow your career

      Pros

      There are lots of courses to study and get trained in almost anything you want. I never had any micro management that looked over my shoulder to check what I was doing, you have freedom of work. Benefits are ok and the company emphasizes a lot about your well being and health. Working from home when required. (You need to check it first with your mgr, of course).

      Cons

      Not really. The few ones I have, I can live with them.

      Pros

      They contract to good companies which gives you a chance to get hired by them if you are looking for that. Contracts are usually long term, so expect to have that position for as long as you want. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Hard getting what you're worth. If you don't get it from the start, don't expect raises that should get you what you may be worth elsewhere. France based company that doesn't seem to care much about US workers. Absolutely nothing to connect contractors to each other or to the company. They are on an island on their own.

      Pros

      They show they care about their employees!! Implemented a Hurricane Relief Fund for those impacted by the storm! Also implemented two flexible work arrangements for employees, reduced work schedule and sabbatical time off; in additional to vacation, floating holidays and holiday time off!

      Cons

      Some important educational materials and useful resources books etc. that can assist employees in being more effective on their jobs are not provided by the company, they have to be self-obtained by the employee with no reimbursement to the employee.
