      Pros

      Can learn a lot from working with this company. They offer several different help desk clients all handling different issues. Management is friendly and will to work with you on personal life scheduling conflicts.

      Cons

      The permanent process is practically non existent. having been offered a full time position and waiting over a year and still nothing. The company has gone through several hiring freezes in the short two years I have been here.

      Pros

      Good employees...thats about it. Food in the lunchroom from different local businesses was nice.

      Cons

      Lackluster pay. Too many middle managers. Too many people who have the same job title. Part time/contractor employees working 2x or more than full time employees. Crooked in general. CEO is so far removed from the company's day to day. She has no clue what happens.
