Senior people who skills become irrelvant are stack ranked an eliminated. If you take a job here please keep your feet moving and skills sharp this isn't somewhere to look to retire from. At some point you will become overhead it seems. Keep in mind as accounts come in things are good and secure but as soon as a client pulls out so does that funding for your team, and along with members of your team. Thats the nature of IT consulting firms in general.
