Collaboration with continuous improvement department/s are often blocked due to being cautious of team leads. Favoritism of team leads with employees that are 5 years or more already in the company. Colleagues from my former team were transferred on the same day that they were asked to move to a different team and change schedule, giving them no or a few hours to adjust. Transfer was said to be based on scoring but were not given any tangible material as basis or proof. Some managers has qualities that are unfit to handle the position and are aggressive towards those who made mistakes on their job -- making a move that makes key performance incentives (KPIs) hard to acquire or qualify for one. Salary grade is lower for the same job position compared to other companies.

Cooperating with people abroad is difficult.
