Business Outlook
Pros
Work has been available and rewarding through some of the most difficult times in our modern economy. I have been able to work remotely with great consistency and partner with resources all over the US to achieve our team's goals.
Cons
There are not enough resources to balance the workload during high peak times. We often work extra hours to meet our deadlines. Also, since it is a contract service to our customers, a lot of our talent get offers by the customer directly and so we lose some of our best team mates. Not very many opportunities for pay increases.
