      How ATOS loses its largest NA contract

      poverty wages called gainful employment

      Cons

      Pay starting out at 50% of competitive market wages, 80% turnover rate during first year. Upper management raking in big $$$ by hiring desperate workers "titled engineers" for $11/hr.. An entire untrained noobie operation winging it on a daily basis.

      Pros

      It's a job you work with great people who are not in management. Good initial pay benefits just ok. Other employees don't share don't care mentality stems from poor management.

      Cons

      Poor management of resources. Trying to cut cost by getting rid of high paid employees. No growth no local HR managers get away with bullying staff. Holding jobs over your head no quality leadership. They do not support their team and throw you to the wolves. If your looking at Santa Ana stay away no future there.

      The salary is good and on par with industry standards - you are allowed to work from home one day a week --

      Cons

      Intimidate tactics pushed down from upper management that constantly threatens your job --- expected to work 7 days a week and always be on call -- very poor work life balance
