      Pros

      Comms are great, we are notified regularly of what is happening in the company. Salary is above market rates for new hires. Promotions are happening and bonus's are being paid out. Company has a lot going for it and it is exciting times as the drive is on to get bigger.

      Cons

      Internal systems need work also within Project Management it is quite document heavy.
