      Good work culture, but Is becoming a thing of Past Good work life balance, but is also becoming a thing of past now

      If you are into QA and testing then your career will come to a dead end here The management is slowly adopting strategy like any other IT firm, only interested in making its graph high in profits . more experience means more chances for becoming target to impossible targets and finding yourself at the wrong side of the bell curve . nothing new in IT. but same case here Old employees might swear by friendly employee conditions , specially in DF-PD, but that is fast changing now
