Business Outlook
Pros
Flexibility & work from home. Initial package is good but still no rise in 2 years. There are certain ego issues within the management structure but mostly good people. Some of the best technical minds i have worked with and there is a drive to move away from public sector.
Cons
Public sector 80% of core business means boring and often very slow moving projects. No great innovation within the business unit. terrible communication from senior management and the review process is utterly pointless. No positive feedback despite giving 110% on a project, because of this people start to look down and apply the bare minimum requirement which means the customer gets the brunt of our frustration.Training is virtually non existent.
