      Initial good-hike Long-term work from home in few projects Transport facilities and good infrastructure at Pune location

      Stupid management Stupid HR policies Micro-management for candidates who actually work. Rest other non-performing ,members can roam around even 9 hours and nobody bothers Favouritism Have to complete 9.30 hours sitting on your desk even if you have finished your work

      Nice office space, good HR policies, nice ammenities, subsidized food and transport rates, no hidden components, good if u are research oriented, encourages sports,

      Cons

      Annual Hike sometimes disappoints you as they strictly try to balance bell curve. Employees interest should be considered when assigning a project. ASK HR doesnt always solve employees problems.
