      Can gain good knowledge here in whatever domain you work. Good quality work. Work-life balance is good.

      Cons

      - Perks are not good - Hikes are getting delayed YoY - What they give is better not to accept - Cut down in variable pays, that too without your concent - No proper ratings given by the peers - hikes not based on ratings, only your relations with mngrs
