      Pros

      good for freshers, good work-life balance, flexible working hours, some projects are very good.

      Cons

      low salary hike, management is oblivious to a lot of project work, human resource people don't care about your problems.

      Pros

      Flexible, working from home. Good employer pension contribution.

      Cons

      No advancement irrespective of performance. Rampant cronyism. No HR. Weak practice management - resource-pool managers who tick boxes and couldn't care less about their staff. Make sure you get a good deal when you join as no pay rises after that. Capable staff tend to leave so company has a lack of capability and many of its projects are basket cases.
