      Pros

      There is a lot of responsibility given to junior staff allowing for rapid early career development. Good training opportunities are available through an external provider QA. There is a good morale and support between colleagues. Lots of opportunities for networking and socialising. Positive reward recognition.

      Cons

      The internal processes are slow meaning delays are caused due to processes you can't avoid. Damaged brand. Heavily measured on utilisation leaving little room for internal business development.

      Pros

      I have been working for Atos for seven years. I have carried out a number of different roles and have been given the opportunity to grow and do some really exciting work. When I needed training Atos was there for me. Some of the managers I have had have been amazing. I was struggling in one role and my manager suggested a different more suitable role and I thrived in that role. I have also taken a career break and the company really looked after me. Thank you Atos - you are an EXCELLENT employer.

      Cons

      Yearly review is a just an annual disaster! I think the pay needs to be upped a little.
