      Great Management, room to grow and Paid time off grows with experienced years.

      Cons

      No raises and you must switch teams in order to grow.

      Good location, cool office, pretty good benefits but that's about it

      Pros

      Benefits are pretty good other than very minimal annual leave. Company are invested in employee's well being with events such as friendly badminton matches with other companies. Easy accessibility to shopping center

      Cons

      Senior staff does not have drive to guide new joiners and no communication between senior staff and new joiners. Pay is pretty average Management is chaotic. There is no way to know who is the direct supervising manager as the one in charge of annual appraisal can be different than the team manager.
