      Pros

      Siemens is very good in paying off for fresher's and experienced guys. You can think of staying in here for 5-10 yrs after 1 or 2 switch. Steady annual increment

      Cons

      No project bonus. Fixed pay only. Company HR policies are not up to mark. Less learning opportunities for fresher. On site chance is difficult job.

      Very ambitious goals (mid and long term), excellent experts all over the world ( even hard to get them). Possibility for Home Office. Communication infrastructure relatively ok.

      Cons

      No clear market oriented strategy. No Investment in employees and future business. Cost driven Company. Today not a global Company. Poor culture
